I always recommend 3 things:
To train with someone
To challenge someone
And to ask someone to record your exercise

My videos not only motivate me to push myself beyond my own limits, but also help to analyse my mistakes so I can improve my ex*****on 😊

I knew my 90kg deadlift has a few things to fix but watching this video I can absolutely tell where my weaknesses are!
Knowing what to focus on is essential.
My legs and core are still not strong enough. Working on my quads and core a bit more will surely make me achieve my final goal of 100kg!

The most challenging exercise of the week πŸ˜€
Thank you for bringing up new ideas and for killing me on a back and triceps session yesterday.

In this πŸ“Ή a back exercise (single arm rowing) but also a trunk stability exercise. It’s absolutely shocking the nervous system. As all the balance exercises, the brain must process and compare all the informations (visual, vestibular and proprioception) and send quick responses to the body for maintaining the position or to adapt to a new one.
In fact my head was so warm when I completed my 10reps πŸ˜‚

Weekend motivation ✨
I have asked to train me focusing specifically on my weaknesses.
We all try to avoid exercises we dislike or find difficult to perform. The secret is to ask someone to train us or train with us!
We get stuck with our way to train, our routine and our ideas that sometimes a different approach is very much needed!
Stimulating our creativity and crossing our comfort zone is absolutely an essential step of our fitness journey.

In this πŸ“Ή I am showing a simple squat exercise with 3 different dumbbells (30kg, 25kg and 20kg).
The exercise presents 3 sets of 5,10 and 15 reps - starting from the heaviest dumbbell.

Benefits:
Drop sets increase muscle size and endurance!
By continuing an exercise (in this case squats) at a lower weight we force our muscles to work very very hard! As much as they can.

Why did I choose this exercise?⬇️

I have had a heavy shoulder and chest workout and this exercise was the last one of the day.
My shoulders were dead and it was reeeeaaally difficult to maintain a good level of trunk stability.
The consist of a barbell that is fixed within steel rails. It allows vertical movements only and it makes the exercise β€œeasier” in a certain way.

I kept more or less the same weight I was using for my clean and press but it allowed me to keep pushing myself for another 2/3 sets πŸ˜‡πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
