I always recommend 3 things:
To train with someone
To challenge someone
And to ask someone to record your exercise
My videos not only motivate me to push myself beyond my own limits, but also help to analyse my mistakes so I can improve my ex*****on π
I knew my 90kg deadlift has a few things to fix but watching this video I can absolutely tell where my weaknesses are!
Knowing what to focus on is essential.
My legs and core are still not strong enough. Working on my quads and core a bit more will surely make me achieve my final goal of 100kg!
