Busy with my little fermentation production line 🌿✨
Gut health and internal wellbeing have become really important to me over the last year, and I’ve gradually been learning more about probiotics, fermentation, and the incredible impact our gut can have on how we feel.
It definitely takes a little time, patience, and trial and error… but honestly? I can genuinely feel the benefits, and for me, it’s been so worth it.
My weekly little wellness rituals now include:
🥖 Sourdough — once a week I bake a fresh loaf. I’ve had fun experimenting with flavours like sun-dried tomato, black olive & oregano… and even cinnamon spice.
🥛 Milk kefir — probably the easiest of the lot! Not everyone’s cup of tea, but brilliant for beneficial bacteria.
🍊 Water kefir — definitely more popular with the kids! Easy to flavour with different fruits and a lovely fizzy probiotic alternative.
🍵 Kombucha — this one needs a little more attention (keeping an eye on pH is key), but such a satisfying process.
🥬 Sauerkraut — surprisingly easy and really delicious. This batch is cabbage, carrot, apple, fennel seed, cumin, and turmeric… AMAZING with BBQ food.
🍫 Raw cacao — probably one of my biggest lifestyle swaps. I used to massively overdo the coffee ☕🙈 Now I’ve replaced much of that with cacao. A warm cup 2–3 times a day feels like a mini ritual… almost like my own little cacao ceremony ✨
I’m by no means claiming to be an expert in this space — just sharing what I’m learning, what I’m enjoying, and what genuinely seems to be helping.
Inside Kinesis Club, I love sharing these discoveries, honest reviews, wellness finds, and little habits that may help others on their own wellbeing journey too 🌿
Anyone else gone down the fermentation rabbit hole? 👀✨
