I am incredibly proud to say I have completed the Burrell Education 3rd Age Woman Menopause Transition Certification. What a huge course covering so much information! I am so looking forward to being able to help more people navigate this part of their lives. Combining my Pelvic health work with this, I'm sure there will be many people out there interested in learning more!

7 years ago this week I was nervously starting my Pilates Instructor training journey, and now I'm doing my Level 4 Advanced Pilates Therapy qualifications. Who would have known that I'd have given up work and have a little business with nearly 50 clients! Life is good.

On International Women's Day I am proud to know some truly inspirational women! In my new role working not only in Pilates, but now in Hypopressives and Women's Health I am honoured to help women live with confidence. Thank you for entrusting me to help you overcome conditions no one wants to talk about. Thankyou Louise Field and Emma Broome for inspiring me and giving me confidence to promote women's health.

I know we're a couple of weeks in but Happy 2026! An exciting year for me as I take early retirement at the end of January from my career of 37 years to concentrate on my Pilates and Women's Health Business. It's started well hearing I've completed and passed my International Hypopressives Council level one qualification. Such an brilliant course with fantastic trainers! Message me if you're interested in .trying hypopressives, an exercise to help rehabilitate your Pelvic floor whilst improving your posture.

Celebrating my 6th year on Facebook and my 6th anniversary as a Pilates instructor. Now having added Hypopressives, Older Adults and Adore your Pelvic floor coach to my portfolio.
