Couch to 5k

Those of you who've been waiting patiently to find out the start date of our next couch to 5k, here it is!

We start Thursday 9th of April, 7pm at Chard Cricket Club. Open to all, although we suggest you should be capable of walking 5k by the time we start.

No need to book but please get in touch with me, drop us an email, or a message to our page if you have any questions.

If you want to give yourself an incentive, you can enter Neroche 5k now, which takes place the week after we finish the course.
