London Academicals is a young, ambitious, centrally located club offering great hockey and good times to sociable men’s and women’s players across London.

Founded in 2002 by current and former members of UCLU hockey club, our growing membership continues to welcome current students and has expanded to include members from across the UK and abroad. We have maintained direct links to University College London, with a handful of students in every team. Our training sessions and all home matches are played at St Dunstans College, conveniently located ad

jacent to Catford and Catford Bridge rail stations. On most Saturday evenings we can be found debriefing our matches at the many fine eating and drinking establishments around Waterloo, Clapham, Bloomsbury, and Islington... or wherever the night may take us.

Honours shared this year between alumni & students with 2 wins each

There was also some useful cash raised for charity and even a drink or two!🍹🍻
