Proof good food can be DELICIOUS 😋

🍓Breakfast: overnight oats
50g oats
1 tsp chia seeds
100g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp maple syrup
100ml oat milk
A handful of raspberries
Half a dozen pecan nuts

🍗 Lunch: Korean wrap
200g chicken breast cooked in Gochujang paste
1 bag of microwave steam frozen veg
30g Halloumi
One wrap
Light mayo
Mixed grains (big fan of gourmet kitchen)
Cashew nuts

🥗Dinner: Goodness bowl
150g king prawns cooked in garlic and chili
100g brown rice
Big handful of salad seasoned with dressing of choice and mixed seeds
1/2 Avocado

What a hero my client .t.graham is.
Seb started out with me in 2023 wanting to make some lifestyle changes, get into the gym and work on body recomposition.
Like a pro he lost 8kg in his first five months and you can see from the data he has also managed to maintain this healthy weight.

At the start of 2024 Seb set a very ambitious goal of getting his first muscle up. With a very demanding job and young family it still didn’t keep him from showing up consistently and eventually getting his two muscle ups. Calisthenics is a slow burner and requires a lot of dedication. Getting a muscle up in ten months is excellent considering the parameters we were working with!!

This is pure proof that you really can achieve such amazing feats if you put your mind to it and keep showing up.
So proud of you dude. Keep up all the hard work and thanks for making me look good 😂😎

Perfection is overrated—it often leads to procrastination or burnout. Instead, consistency is the real game-changer. Every rep, step, and small choice you make adds up to big results over time. 💪

So, don’t wait for the ‘perfect moment.’ Start small, stay consistent, and trust the process. Remember: it’s about progress, not perfection.

🌟 Another client smashing it. 🌟
Darren worked extremely hard last year. Starting off we focused on gaining confidence in the gym and lifting and then focused on a bulk program to increase muscle mass (the pictures speak for themselves!).

That wasn’t enough for Darren though, he went on to complete his first half marathon and his time was very impressive for an amateur runner 🥇 🥳

2025 is about gaining more muscle mass but also focusing on how to manage his hyper mobility and build some solid habits

If you’re looking to improve your diet this year take these top ten tips. Sure they’re the thing you’ve most likely heard before but that’s because they work!

Be aware of anyone offering crazy calorie deficits or things that seem too good be true (hint, they are!)

Unfortunately there’s no magic hack or quick fix. It’s going back to basics of eating a balanced diet.
If you feel like you ate but aren’t seeing the results I always encourage a good diary to give you full visibility over what you’re actually taking in.

My must have tips for mums to be when training.
It’s still totally safe to train but just be aware there are a few more risk factors down to the changes your body has to deal with whilst growing your baba.

Spotlight on strongman Matthew. 💪🏼
Physically speaking there’s been a few bumps in the road and challenges to face this year, including multiple treatments in physio, which at the start of the year proved to halt progress in deadlifts and bench press especially.
But Matthew took everything in his stride and did the most important thing: stayed consistent.
With a good strategy and client programming he’s come such a long way and I’m sure not doubt I’ll be posting again about more more PBs 🥇 💪🏼

There’s a HUGE amount of choice when it comes to personal training these days.
These are some of the things that you can expect when training with me that tend to set me apart from other trainers.

🔥 ACCURACY
We log every set, the weight, reps, tempo and make notes along the way for adjustments meaning it’s never guess work when you’re coming back to your program the next week. This is SO important for progressive overload! I’ll always ensure we’re pushing for that little bit more every session to make sure you’re avoiding plateau and most importantly making those gains!

🔥MACROS TRACKING
The beauty of the app is that it syncs with MyFitnessPal meaning you don’t need the paid for version AND you can clearly see what you’re hitting for your macro targets (protein, fat, carbs).
Nutrition is also KEY in getting results so having accurate data to help you track what you’re eating means an increase in results.

🔥COMMUNITY
I’ve got a community of my clients together in a WhatsApp group with a common goal: becoming a healthier and happier version of themselves. It’s a great place to share recipes, ask for help and also meet other gym members.
Not everyone has the luxury of being surrounded by supportive friends of family so I wanted to make sure you’ve at least got somewhere outside of the gym where you can still access support and motivation!

Huge congratulations to on a solid amount of progress. A total decrease in body fat percentage by a staggering 9%, 16kg total weight loss since joining the Treble Fitness gang in April.
