Had to reality check a client who thought she’d had an unsuccessful week because the scales were up 0.6kg on Monday ⁣
⁣
But look at the actual week⁣
⁣
4 gym sessions, nailed the other 6 days and managed all of that with the kids off school⁣
⁣
She also had a Chinese and a few drinks which we knew could push the scales up temporarily⁣
⁣
One scale weight doesn’t get to decide whether your week was successful or not⁣
⁣
Look at the full week, not one number on one morning⁣
⁣
Because from where I’m standing, she absolutely smashed it 🤝🏻⁣

Yes this should have been posted on Monday but life is a wee bit hectic ok?🤣

Let me introduce you to the big man, Marty McCourt 👏🏻⁣

An unbelievable transformation in just 10 weeks📊⁣
⁣
Marty already had a solid foundation. He understood training and nutrition and as you can see from the first photos, he wasn’t exactly out of shape⁣
⁣
His goal was to completely transform his physique and I think it’s fair to say we’ve achieved exactly that🔥⁣
⁣
He’s now:⁣
💨 Leaner⁣
💪🏻 Stronger⁣
⚡️ Quicker⁣
⚽️More agile for his sport⁣
⁣
(Unfortunately, it didn’t improve his shooting. I can’t perform miracles😂)⁣
⁣
The biggest takeaway? This wasn’t about being perfect⁣
⁣
There were social events, meals out and plenty of life happening along the way but with a bit of planning, accountability and consistency he stayed on track and the results took care of themselves⁣
⁣
We could easily have kept pushing but we set this goal with his holiday in mind, and he’s absolutely earned every bit of it👏🏻🔥
