One thing I've noticed when working with people that are either starting their health journey or trying to restart it AGAIN, they all have one common problem...
They all DO NOT have Non-Negotiables in place.
These are basically promises to yourself.
My own non-negotiables (promises to myself) before I came a coach and had to regain my health after breaking my back were:
1. Exercise 3-4 times per week
2. Protein in every main meal
3. Sleep 7 hours+ a night.
I believe that before any journey is started or restarted, these "promises" have to be made to give yourself structure in your journey. Without these, people fail.
