My name is Brad Shaw and I am the founder of Shaw Fit training. I train men and women into building muscle and losing fat while sky rocketing their confidence. At Shaw Fit we train in comfort and privacy so you can avoid the busy gym times while getting the focus and results you need! Based in Castleford, training out of a private studio while having access to the Shaw Fit app with extras to help

One thing I've noticed when working with people that are either starting their health journey or trying to restart it AGAIN, they all have one common problem...
They all DO NOT have Non-Negotiables in place.
These are basically promises to yourself.
My own non-negotiables (promises to myself) before I came a coach and had to regain my health after breaking my back were:
1. Exercise 3-4 times per week
2. Protein in every main meal
3. Sleep 7 hours+ a night.

I believe that before any journey is started or restarted, these "promises" have to be made to give yourself structure in your journey. Without these, people fail.

Progress for myself so far after changing my daily habits and slowly becoming less phone addicted.

Progress can come in all forms, weight loss, strength gain, fitness improvement, not feeling guilt when eating out, reducing alcohol to name a few.

Keeping it tractable has made a massive difference and to see this progress is motivating!

What we need in life is structure. In the gym & in daily life.

You don’t need to punish yourself with endless cardio.
And you definitely don’t need to “start again on Monday” for the 100th time.
Most people already know WHAT to do.
They just struggle with:
• consistency
• structure
• routines
• accountability
• putting themselves first again
That’s why my coaching focuses on helping busy men & women rebuild healthy habits, confidence & structure through realistic fitness and nutrition.

Not unsustainable plans.
