CLIENT PROGRESS:

Over the 12 weeks, she’s made really impressive progress across the board, with clear increases in every area of her training. Her upper body has come on strong, and her legs—especially quads and delts—have seen a huge jump, more than doubling in volume. Pull, push, and glute/hamstring sessions have all improved steadily too, showing great consistency throughout. Overall, it’s been a fantastic block with noticeable strength gains and a lot more work being handled week to week.

Adherence to the program and nutrition have been outstanding! She’s smashing it!

Recovery metrics aren’t about training less — they’re about training smarter. 💪

Things like sleep, resting heart rate, soreness, and energy are your body’s way of checking in with you. Use them as feedback!

Instead of asking “Is this good or bad?” ask:
How does this compare to my normal?
Is this a one-day dip or a pattern?
Does my performance match how I feel?

🔹 One metric off → adjust the session
🔹 Multiple metrics off → prioritize recovery

Listening early prevents burnout, injury, and plateaus.

Strong isn’t just heavy—it’s sustainable.

Sometimes it’s hard to listen to your body when you’re stuck into the gym! It’s very important you do.

I’m currently taking 3-4 days off doing steps and simple body weight training very low volume just something to keep the bloody flowing.

Signs you need one

Consistency is what turns a physique from potential into something that actually performs. When your training, sleep, and nutrition are steady, your body stops wasting energy on constant adaptation and starts channeling it into output: strength, endurance, focus, recovery. Hi I’m William.

Not many people have seen the first photo but this was me as a teen around 19 years old. A golfer that wasn’t the fastest mover 165mph ball speed was a regularly seen number. Since then over the years with a structured training plan and nutrition have increased that number to 180mph. Thats not an easy task!

Then along with golf swing performance increases, I wasn’t happy with how I looked and combined bodybuilding, speed work and plyometrics. I have created this physique that I am happy with but still on the journey for more. BUT it performs exactly how I need it to.

I’m a happier place, and performing the way I like and need to.
