CLIENT PROGRESS:
Over the 12 weeks, she’s made really impressive progress across the board, with clear increases in every area of her training. Her upper body has come on strong, and her legs—especially quads and delts—have seen a huge jump, more than doubling in volume. Pull, push, and glute/hamstring sessions have all improved steadily too, showing great consistency throughout. Overall, it’s been a fantastic block with noticeable strength gains and a lot more work being handled week to week.
Adherence to the program and nutrition have been outstanding! She’s smashing it!
