A very tired and sore girl. Pads all damaged and missing nails and covered in cuts and scratches so painkillers for her and plenty of rest and tlc. She is also very traumatised but I have had a tail wag a couple of times and she has managed to eat some food.

Thank you so much everyone for the love and support shown to us during the last two days. For those that went out looking for her even though you knew she wouldn't cone to you.

SHE TURNED UP AT HOME ON TUESDAY MORNING Missing - Cara our black greyhound with white flecks from beside Threave football pitch on Sunday 13th November 2022. She is microchipped and has a torn ear from her racing days. She is also tattooed.

Cara is a very nervous and timid girl and frightened of men. Hopefully she should have a black/brown collar on her. There may even be a bit of her broken lead still attached - red in colour.

If you see her please DO NOT approach her as she will probably run away. Please telephone me on 07754112457 and I will come and try to catch her.

Posters are out around the area with photos of her and our contact details.
One of my old hoodies is out at Threave to help guide her home (hopefully!!!)

I have been out in the fields behind the small industrial estate and Threave football pitch morning, noon and night looking for her. I take her Patterdale terrier friend too but no sightings so far.

I very much doubt that she will be in town as she is very nervous and more likely sticking to the fields and woods.
