- has taken charge of the 7pm spin class on Wednesdays
- new 45 minute CIRCUITS class taking place in the studio has been added on Thursday evenings at 6pm from 30th April onwards

2️⃣ & 3️⃣ - some early front-runners for new equipment...
4️⃣ - keep an eye on the timetable for strength camps popping up in place of boot camp
5️⃣ - these are on the list
6️⃣ - we already have communal chalk available for use and if you would like to sample a preworkout then just ask a staff member
7️⃣ - every single exercise on one poster is quite a big ask ngl
8️⃣ - once the coop sells 99p monster, let us know
9️⃣ - never say never but this one is about as close to never as you can get
