The results are in.

A cracking morning on the trail at the Castle Bytham 5K, with 86 runners crossing the line. Full results, times and category winners are now published below.

Big thanks to everyone who ran, to our brilliant marshals and volunteers, and to Training for the warm-up, Bianca for the cool-down and Striders for the loan of the finish arch and clock.

On the day:

Registration 0900–0945 (sharp)
Race starts 1000
Awards from 11:15

Plenty of free parking on the main road into the village. Follow the signs, then it's a short walk down and across the meadow to registration.

Already booked? You still need to register on the day to collect your race number.

Sophie from SHFT Training will lead your warm-up, Bianca from JustBe Therapy has cool-down yoga waiting at the finish, and the arch and clock come courtesy of Stamford Striders. All you have to do is turn up and run.

See you at the start line, and afterwards stick around for the festival: chill with us, music, b**r, food, and the street market on Sunday.

6 days to go! As ever, we genuinely couldn't run our event (pun fully intended) without the wider running community lending a hand. Exciting news! The warm-up for the Castle Bytham 5K Trail Run on 20th June will be led by the brilliant Sophie from SHFT Training, bringing a new level of professionalism to the start.

More than 40 runners are already locked in. They benefited from early bird pricing, entry is £8 instead of £10, but this offer only runs until 10 June.

Mini runners welcome! Children under 11 can take part in the Castle Bytham 5K Trail Run on 20th June – they just need an accompanying adult to run alongside them.
