All Hard Work, No Handouts.

Today you can be fat, lazy and useless but still feel satisfied about yourself is why everything is f*cked.

Years ago, our Dads worked their socks off.

They didn’t live or the weekend, they needed it to take a break from work if they even got that opportunity.

They felt pride in their life.

Because they worked to their best.

Fast forward to today, doing the bare minimum.

Drinking, drugs and takeaways at weekends.

Less kids playing sports and more being influencers.

Your new AI girlfriend telling you that you’re great. That your worthy.

When in reality you’re a big waste of space.

Men need pride.

They need hard work and adversity.

Not handouts.

Or the easy option.

Failure, living, learning and growing.

That’s what MDW is about; bringing the work ethic of our fathers into the modern day.

You need a handful of proven habits that you can stick to long enough to finally shift the weight, build momentum and get your confidence back.

Here's what I'd focus on:

✔️ Lift weights 3-4 times per week

✔️ Walk daily, no matter the weather

✔️ Eat protein with every meal

✔️ Stop drinking calories

✔️ Sleep 7-8 hours consistently

✔️ When motivation disappears, stay consistent

Summer Shred Winner 🥇

From April 19th, we held a 6-week in-house summer shred competition.

After the votes were counted, LJ was the winner. 🏅

Losing an incredible 22lbs in that time frame.

LJ walks away in the best shape of his life and £900 in his back pocket.

In second place was Ian McCully, who lost 23lbs and third place was Gareth Burns who lost 17lbs, grabbing £300 and £100 respectively.

I've attached LJ's 6 months' progress so you can see what can be achieved when you put your mind to it.

(We have proven it over and over)

Well done to everyone in the Shred, it was the toughest and best yet.

Many guys in there will be disappointed not to place with many losing 15lbs+

Ultimately there can only be one winner and that was LJ 🔥

I'll do it when work calms down, when the kids get older, when life gets less busy.

Life never slows down!

The months become years.

Weight creeps on.

Fitness drops off.

The aches get worse.

There's a saying that time is money.

I disagree.

Time is far more valuable.

The irony?
