Two commons caught by Gordon on two separate sessions recently. The first weighed in at 28lb 2oz and the second was 14lb 8oz. The second fish was caught on cc Moore pro liver and attractant groundbait with his very own home made tutti frutti bottom bait! It decided to take the bait at 4am, the reel was screaming!

Well done Gordon on some lovely night time catches, not the easiest, so congratulations from us!

A lot of nice pictures coming through in the last few weeks and we will put them up in due course.

We would just like to show Rafael’s 32lb mirror caught last June (2025) (the original photo was misplaced to the Carrs)

Unfortunately as it was a while ago we have little other information to go on. But it’s certainly a great looking record breaking mirror! A belated very well done to Rafael for last years catch, who knows what size she will get to this year!

⚡️ New Lake Record⚡️

50lb catfish

Caught by Antony on peg 8 a short while ago.
Not a bad start to the season!

Antony caught the 50lb PB on a yellow 15mm sticky signature wafter.

A 25min battle ensued resulting in the landing of the new lake record. Brilliant first ever cat fish for Antony! 50lb - Amazing!!
A huge well done from everyone on the lake and ourselves!

Season is looking promising!

Another great looking 21lb mirror, this time caught by Andrew on peg 9. Andrew caught the fish over a bed of pellets on a white sticky krill pop up.

Lovely 21lb PB caught by Tom Kipling on peg 9 recently. Tom caught the fish on a yellow wafter and worm. A big well done Tom on your new PB.

Here we see another great looking mirror, this time caught by Jack on peg 9. He tempted the 21lb 1oz new PB on a cream Scopex Medusa rig over some OMC iScream stick and bag mix.

Nice 20lb mirror caught by Ste Elcoate recently. Ste caught the fish on a yellow tiger nut pop up from peg 6. Apart from losing another large fish, Ste had a great day in the heat!

⚡️New Lake Record⚡️

Caught by Leon Crossling Meads.

Lovely mirror carp caught on peg 9, breaking the last record from the week before by only 3oz.
Leon had a great session and told us he hooked the fish on a ccmoore live system.

A huge congratulations to you, and a new challenge for everyone else! A great heavy set, strong looking fish, growing well!

A great session for Jack Caple in the previous week. He and Callum successfully landed 5 carp shown here. The fish ranged in weight from 13-10 up to 26lb. There was also a small complimentary cat too, not weighed.

They fished from peg 7 and 8 for 48 hours.

The fish are really doing well, we are pretty sure some of these fish have been banked before too.
