Getting a coach completely changed my physique — not because I suddenly found some secret training method, but because I finally mastered the basics.

🔥6 MONTHS WORK🔥

I have worked with Neil now for 6 months, his long term goal was to drop bodyfat and build muscle.

To achieve this I split it into 2 phases

Phase 1 - Drop bodyfat

We dropped as much bodyfat as we could, he lost over 17kgs in the last 6 months, whilst improving his energy levels, managing his stress, improving sleep quality and running his first ever 5k ( he now runs 10k regularly). His cardiovascular fitness is the best it’s ever been and he now has a structured weight training programme.

We now start on phase 2!

Phase 2 - building muscle

We are now shifting the goal to building muscle, we have put him in a calories surplus, increasing protein intake and concentrating on getting strong and really perfecting technique on all the major compound exercises!

Can’t wait to see the progress in the next 4 months!

Amazing work from Daz!

5kgs down in 8 weeks! After having back surgery a few months ago Daz wanted to get back to training and strengthening his back and core.

We tailored a training programme to suit his goals aswell as putting in place a structured nutrition programmme. Keeping his protein intake high and making better food choices on a day to day basis, Daz noticed his energy levels improved aswell as mood and stress levels.

He soon gained his confidence in the gym and after weeks of improving his strength he started hitting PBs.

Not only did his body composition change, he has went from rehab stage to training as hard as he ever has in the gym.
