What makes you think this time is any different?

You are in pain. Suffering silently whilst drowning in your sorrows, hoping that one day you will feel happier, stronger & better magically without putting in the work.

That's not what being healthy is. Being healthy is about consistency, and discipline. Eating moderately, working out when you REALLY don't want to. That's what fitness is, it's a lifestyle BUT it doesn't have to be a chore.....

It can be fun, it can be enjoyable & exciting.

Leading by example.

Since I started coaching, everything fell right into place.

I can’t describe the feeling I get knowing I get to help people daily, I get to influence their day, and influence their future in a positive way.

It’s a blessing and am so grateful for it. Being healthy is not about six packs, as there’s clients that HAVE WAYYYY more cardio capacity than me but, it’s about just being better than yourself daily. Showing up when it matters & making the right choices daily.

You can still enjoy the little things, like yesterday I had a wine & a pizza. But it’s all in moderation.

Life becomes better when you look after your wellbeing, you are an investment for yourself & the yield that returns annually is based on your performance.

Be better.

You overcomplicate it.

You get in your own head. Reason why you do it is because you’re winging it, and you don’t have a plan in place.

When you have a plan. And it becomes a check box exercise, you trust the process, and adapt accordingly.

When you don’t have a plan, you act on emotion, on impulse, and you get in your own head too much.

That’s why having a coach long term is crucial. For off season, during the season, or even for a sustainable lifestyle. A coach is someone who’s with you by your side during your fitness journey, and a great coach educates you throughout that journey 💪🏼

Fitness Journey can seem lonely, not because it’s hard.

But because the lifestyle changes & many don’t understand it, and due to everyone having different fitness goals, it’s hard to find your circle of people. It’s hard to find somewhere where you fit in.

On top of that, the mental game you play when you do it all alone, you’re always in your own head. You see yourself differently and you never stick to a long term plan, you constantly adjust based on emotions.

You don’t need to do that anymore.

Being healthy is a simple task. We as humans over complicate it, and we end up giving ourselves over analysis paralysis….
