We’ve launched our own Aesthetics Clinic, right here inside the gym.

She is bringing her full range of aesthetics treatments to BC, with clients who already know and trust her work from her previous location.

She’ll be joined by Josh, who specialises in helping people move, feel and perform better, sports massage and rehab included.

So whatever you’re after, boosting your confidence with an aesthetic treatment, recovering from an injury, managing aches and pains, or just wanting to move better, we’ve got you covered.

Why an aesthetics clinic inside a gym?

Because for us, aesthetics isn’t just about how you look. It’s about confidence, wellbeing and feeling your best, the same goals as fitness.

People come to the gym to invest in themselves, build confidence and get stronger.

Aesthetic treatments are just another part of that same self care journey.

⭐ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ⭐

Meet Martyn.

When Martyn joined BC Fitness in February this year, he was struggling with motivation and wanted to get fitter and reduce his body fat.

Like many people, life is busy.

🏗️ Working full-time as a builder

👨‍👩‍👧 Family commitments

🚴 A keen cyclist who loves getting out on the bike

Despite this, Martyn has attended over 93% of his sessions, only missing four due to work commitments.

The results speak for themselves:

💪 Muscle Mass: 39.9kg ➡️ 41.7kg

🔥 Body Fat: 26.2% ➡️ 22.3%

⚖️ Weight: 95.1kg ➡️ 93.5kg

But what impresses us most isn’t the numbers.

It’s the consistency.

Martyn joined because he struggled with motivation. By showing up week after week, he’s built something far more powerful than motivation, he’s built habits.

It’s about the person you become when you embrace a challenge & embody the behaviours that lead to long term change.

Anyone who has been in the same session as Rosie, knows that regardless of the week, irrespective of the time of day, no matter how hard the workout is, Rosie will be smiling through it

🌟 Member Spotlight – Lynda 🌟

When Lynda joined us in October 2025 on our SGPT 6 Week Programme, her goal wasn’t just about weight loss.

After the loss of her husband, she wanted to find some motivation again, improve her mental wellbeing, and start feeling like herself.

Lynda hadn’t stepped foot in a gym for over 20 years, until she joined us.

To make things even tougher, she lives with Osteoarthritis in most of her joints, so taking that first step through the door was a huge act of courage.

Fast forward to today, and the results speak for themselves…

17kg (2.6 stone) lost
10.5% body fat reduced
Visceral fat down by 8 levels
91 training sessions completed

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

What I’m most proud of is the consistency Lynda has shown. Turning up three times a week, week after week, regardless of how she felt. Trusting the process. Putting in the work. Refusing to give up.

Lynda is proof that you don’t need to be fit to start. You don’t need experience. You don’t need perfect joints, perfect confidence, or perfect circumstances.

You just need to take that first step.

Lynda, every one of us at BC Fitness is incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved so far. Your determination, resilience and positive attitude have been inspiring to watch.

Dan Hickman & Amy Johnston

Dan and Amy are proof that you can work towards your goals while still enjoying life along the way.

With busy jobs, two young daughters, and all the challenges that come with family life, it would be easy to put themselves last. Instead, they continue to show up, put in the work, and stay committed to becoming the best version of themselves.

What makes their journey so inspiring isn’t just what they’ve achieved in the lead-up to their wedding—it’s the consistency, dedication, and positive attitude they’ve shown through the last 18 months. The hard work happens long before the results, and these two embody that every single day.

We’re incredibly proud of everything they’ve achieved, but even more grateful for the energy, support, and commitment they bring to the BC community.
