November is another chance to begin again.
Your past doesn't define your next chapter. Your next decision does.
Make this month count. πͺβ€οΈ
The older I get, the more my relationship with fitness evolves. Life, grief, challenges and changing priorities have all shaped my perspective. What matters to me now is very different to what mattered ten years ago.
I'm no longer just training for the here and now. I'm investing in the decades ahead.
ποΈ Strength training to preserve muscle, protect bone health and build longevity.
π₯ Nutrition, protein and supplements to support my body, recovery and healthy ageing.
π° Exploring castles, churches and historic places. There's something about discovering the past that puts life into perspective and keeps my curiosity alive.
πββοΈ Trail running for freedom, fresh air and the headspace that only the outdoors can give me.
You might not see me posting workouts or promoting every session as much, but don't mistake a quieter social media presence for standing still. Behind the scenes, the work continues.
I'm heading into week six of my eight-week own Nutritional programme, still getting up for those early morning strength sessions, keeping my nutrition on track and reflecting on the choices I make every day.
My fitness journey isn't about trying to recreate who I was ten years ago. It's about building the strongest, healthiest version of who I am today.
We're not getting any younger, girls. Let's make sure we're getting stronger.
Here's to November, new challenges and making the years ahead count. β€οΈ
