who are you?🤷🏽‍♂️

My name is Josh Atiko, I specialise in 1-1 boxing training for beginners who’ve always wanted to get into boxing but didn’t know where to start or felt too nervous to make that first step.

why should I start training with you?🥊

I’ve got 13 years boxing experience and a great eye for detail when it comes to fixing current bad habits in technique and installing new, realistic improvements. I can guarantee you’ll come out of a 60 minute session with a completely new insight on boxing and a new refined skill set. One of the biggest benefits to training on me is the fact it’s 1-1, the whole session is based on YOU!

what if I don’t want to fight? 😦

Absolutely fine. I have trained lots of people who have no intention on ever getting in the ring but can’t be bothered getting there cardio in via running. Why not get fit, have fun and learn a great level of self defense whilst you’re at it?
