The Stability Push Up bars are unique to us and offer a range of benefits. Similar to standard push up bars but with a thicker bar & the need to stabilise them in order to perform the exercise. Using them will provide the many benefits standard bars do but make them more challenging given their focus on the forearm & grip during the exercise.

This summer, I am celebrating 10 years as Fundamental Fitness. It all started back in 2014 with a simple idea for fundamental handmade kit.

10 years on, and the FF ethos remains the same...

As a small business, we are not participating in Black Friday. For us, it's Just Friday.

All the overheads around us are increasing, and we are working hard to keep our products reasonably priced for a UK handmade product.

We are not running discounts today or this weekend. But we still welcome your orders.
