Sometimes a message after class just makes your day 🤍

“What a fantastic start to the evening! Thank you Sarah! Had a good intention and well fulfilled. Feeling very lucky to have found your class and such a lovely group 🧘‍♀️ 🛀 💆‍♀️ 📖 🛌”

This is exactly what I want Lazy Yoga to feel like.

Not about being the bendiest person in the room or getting every pose “right”.

Just a welcoming space to slow down, move your body, breathe, switch off for a while — and be part of a really lovely group of women.

And I have to say, the post-yoga plan in those emojis looks pretty perfect too 😂🤍

Thank you for such lovely words. This made me smile.

You don’t have to hit rock bottom to benefit from coaching. 💚

People often ask me what coaching can actually help with.

The truth is…

It’s rarely about one big dramatic problem.

More often, it’s the everyday things that quietly chip away at us.

Feeling overwhelmed.

Losing confidence.

Putting everyone else first.

Feeling stuck.

Struggling to make a decision.

Knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to begin.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing some real-life examples (with identities completely anonymous) of the kinds of situations coaching can help with.

You might even recognise a little of yourself.

Because coaching isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about helping you come back to yourself.

This is why I love coaching. ❤️

When we started working together, my client was feeling overwhelmed by the admin involved in setting up her wellbeing business.

She knew what she wanted to do — but the mental clutter around everything that needed doing was keeping her stuck.

So we didn’t try to tackle everything at once.

We broke things down.
Set small, achievable goals.
Created accountability without pressure or guilt.
And, just as importantly, made sure she was looking after herself along the way.

At the end of our time together, she sent me this:

“Working with Sarah has been an absolutely transformative experience. Sarah’s calm, grounding presence provided the perfect anchor. She has an intuitive ability to recognise exactly where I was becoming stuck and gently guided me to break down challenges into manageable, bite-sized tasks.

Her approach to accountability is rooted in kindness — she kept me aligned and on track with my goals without a single shred of guilt.

Sarah didn’t just help me organise my business, she helped me protect my own wellbeing in the process and taught me tools and techniques that I will be able to integrate into all aspects of my life.”

🥹❤️

Sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what to do.

You need someone to help you clear the noise, work out what matters and take the next step — one manageable step at a time.

That’s what coaching can do. xx

When did you last do something just for you?

Not for the kids. Not for work. Not because someone needed something from you.

Just. For. You.

If you had to think about it — this is for you.

On the 13th of November, I’m creating a candlelit evening for women who are exhausted from being everything to everyone, and ready to just be for a couple of hours.

No agenda. No pressure. Just slow
yoga, warmth, and a room full of women who get it.

She came to me in the summer.

She didn’t say much about how she was feeling at the time. But I could tell.

She came back on Sunday.

And afterwards she sent me a message.

“It was total bliss. Thank you for your care and attention.”

I’ve been sitting with that this morning.

Sunday was a small room. Twelve women. Candles, warmth, stillness, food shared around a table. A yoga nidra that ended with half the room somewhere between sleep and somewhere else entirely.

No rushing. No agenda. Nothing to achieve.
Just a few hours of being completely received.

That’s what I want every woman who walks through the door to feel.

Not that she did a good class.

Not that she got her stretch in.

But that for a few hours, nobody needed anything from her. She didn’t have to hold anything together. She could just arrive.

And sometimes that’s enough to shift something.

If you’ve been thinking about coming — the next one is coming soon.

Watch this space. 🤍

September Theme: Softening

How often do you move through life holding everything together?

Shoulders tight.

Jaw clenched.

Mind racing.

Sometimes we don’t even realise how much we’re holding until someone gently asks…

“Could you soften just a little?”

Not give up.

Not stop trying.

Just soften.

A softer breath.

A softer jaw.

A softer way of speaking to yourself.

Sometimes that’s where the biggest changes begin.

For the woman who hasn’t had a moment to herself in longer than she can remember.

You’re holding it all.

The job. The kids. The parents who now need you in ways you didn’t expect. The house. The mental load that never actually switches off.

You’re not struggling. You’re coping. There’s a difference — and most people can’t even see it.

You can. And some days, that’s the loneliest part.
This space is for you. 🤍

A message that landed this week and stopped me in my tracks.

“You’ve created a great community and a safe space to be ourselves. It’s a great feeling.”

A safe space to be ourselves.

When did we last have that?

Not performing. Not managing. Not holding it together for everyone else in the room.
Just — ourselves. As we are. Enough as we are.

That’s what I’m building. Not a yoga class. Not a wellness event. A sanctuary. A place where women come as they are and leave remembering who they are.
