Our team 💚
Feeling Herd was created from a belief that sometimes, the best place to begin is by slowing down, feeling safe and being given the space to just 'be'
We dreamt about creating a space where both people and horses feel heard, accepted and understood through Equine Assisted Coaching and Ethical Horsemanship
Where there isn’t pressure to have all the answers
Where behaviour is seen as communication, not simply something that needs to be 'fixed'
And where we can explore confidence, emotional regulation, relationships, boundaries, self-belief and life’s challenges in a way that feels meaningful to the individual
🐴 We believe in ethical horsemanship
Our horses aren’t tools. They are sentient beings with their own needs, personalities, boundaries and choices. Their welfare comes first, always. We believe in working with our horses, listening to them and building relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
🌿 We believe in person centred support
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We meet people where they are, adapt to their needs and follow their pace.
💭 We believe that connection comes before change
Feeling safe, understood and connected is often the starting point for growth, for both horses and humans
✨ We believe in potential
Not in trying to make someone fit into a box, but in helping them understand themselves, recognise their strengths and discover what is possible for them.
Our vision for Feeling Herd is to continue creating a space where people can come exactly as they are, and leave feeling a little more connected to themselves, a little more confident in their own ability, and perhaps with a different perspective on what they thought was possible.
We’re incredibly proud of what Feeling Herd is becoming and so grateful to every person, family and professional who trusts us to be part of their journey.
This is Feeling Herd ✨️
A little bit of horses
A lot of connection
And a belief that everyone deserves to feel heard
