New timetable 🫶🏼

Millie is bringing Monday 7:30am and Wednesday 7:30am back to the schedule and she will doing Sunday! If you can’t get on the Saturday classes you now have the option for a not too early Sunday class

It’s been a year now, (almost). We need to evolve. Our clients have evolved and we need to keep up.

New class formats, new challenges, new instructors

Beginner - for those brand new
Foundations - for those who want to focus on the fundamentals and build their base
Mixed ability - levels and adaptations for everyone
Athletic- more advanced and dynamic
Strength - Slower movements, longer holds
Active - a mixture of reformer and jump board
Tower - is its own beast

If you show up with no make up on, an old baggy T-shirt or haven’t brushed your hair… we can possibly even forgive not brushing your teeth 🦷 😂

Or showing up when you aren’t really in the mood, when you are going through stuff at home or work, when the time of the month is kicking your ass…. Just show up, we love to see you!

We are here, to laugh, to connect, you can even cry, but please know that Jamie is not good at hugs 😂

You can pre order the night before to have it ready for you after class 🫶🏼

You can order on the day as well, but some people like to be organised…. I admire those people… I wish that was me 😂
