Hi, I’m Dan, a dedicated personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals. With over 20 years of experience training in the gym, I bring a wealth of knowledge from my background in football and years of training in various martial arts. These experiences have shaped my understanding of athleticism, strength, and discipline.

However, my journey hasn’t always been easy. In the past few years, I’ve faced my own struggles with weight and fitness. Through dedication, perseverance, and a lot of hard work, I managed to turn things around. This personal experience has given me a deep empathy for those who are on their own fitness journeys, whether they're just starting out or looking to reach new heights.

As someone who has been through the ups and downs of fitness, I firmly believe that if I can do it, we can do it together. My approach to personal training is all about creating a supportive, motivating, and enjoyable environment that empowers you to push beyond your limits and achieve lasting results.
