My first half marathon is officially in the bag! 🏅

A huge thank you to and the amazing team at for all the support, encouragement, and guidance along the way ✅ I couldn’t have done it without you!

This was hands down the toughest fitness challenge I’ve ever taken on 💪🏼 but also one of the most rewarding.

If you’re thinking about doing your first half marathon, I’d highly recommend it just make sure to give yourself plenty of time to train so you can really enjoy the day 🙌

This past week I’ve stepped back from socials to give myself some space for rest and to focus on my mental wellbeing. 🧠

Sometimes hitting pause is the healthiest choice, and I’m learning to honour that without guilt.
