My most significant advice for starting/sticking to your fitness goal?
Remember you are in it for the long haul, not just for quick fixes to be revisited every few weeks or months when your motivation spikes up.
You are creating a LIFESTYLE.
It’s not over after one challenge, one competition, once you face one setback or even when one goal is achieved.. it’s a long-term commitment to yourself! You should always want to grow and evolve more and that goes for your goals too.
Show up each day knowing that what you’re doing is contributing towards having that healthy lifestyle.
