10 Years ago, Attia brothers sparring each other. .attia v
Clearly Adam (my brother in thé black jumper) being the better boxer than myself and having alot of technical knowledge on the sport. He advised me to focus on head movement and stepping in with the jab in addition to extending that right hand.
At the time , Every shot i threw and received contained blessings and lessons To allow me To grow and improve as a boxer as well as an athlete. So i thank my brother for guiding me and advising me To help me To improve in this beautiful game called Boxing.
