Mental Strength Coaching & Well-Being Mental Strength Coaching & Well-Being is about helping you create and connect with the Mental Streng I Coach and work on a one to one or group session basis.

My coaching is all about taking you from A to B. We work together to identify where you are (A) and where you want to be (B). I then look at what resources are currently available i.e. whatever you naturally or have learned to do well. What resources need to be further developed and what resources need to be learned and created. I specialise in areas such as :
Achieving desired/target weight
Main

taining target weight
Managing depression/anxiety/stress
Overcoming fears & phobias
Connecting with inner & innate confidence

As well as my own life changing experiences & achievements I am fully trained and continue to learn in the fields of :

These past 6 months I’ve been really focused and putting so much effort into practicing gratitude.

In the past it was always easy to feel grateful when something good happened in my life, but practicing gratitude everyday has been life changing.

I am grateful for the good, the bad, challenges & difficulties as they can all offer gifts & opportunities.

Practicing gratitude allows you to be so present in the moment.

Yesterday at the park with my two little ones my heart was full of love and gratitude to be able to run around with my kids.

When I train with Kieran my heart is full of love & gratitude that I am able to spend time & be part of his life (even when his face is tripping him training with his auld Da 😂)

I am grateful for family, friends, the people I work with & help.
When I open my first thing in the morning I am grateful for life & breathe, then through the day I try my best to be grateful for everything.

Practicing gratitude daily wasn’t easy, comfortable or familiar at first and I really had to focus and work at it.

Yeah, I still have loads to work on and improve. I still get annoyed, down days, low moments etc. and life isn’t perfect or always easy, but I am so grateful for the gratitude I have in my life just now and looking forward to being grateful for what’s coming❤️

Day 165 of running 5k every morning.

Stopped and asked myself this morning “How the f*ck have you managed to run every morning for 165 days?” Quickly realised the answer was not thinking about it lol 😂

I think we all over think, complicate things and just get in our own way.

At first I kept things simple and just focused on 1 run at a time. Now I don’t even need to think about it I just do it.

If there is something you want, something that is important to you then just get started and do your best then just build and grow from there.

You truly are so much more capable than you may think or believe❤️

120 Days of Immersion - Day 113

Running 5k everyday.
No alcohol, no takeaways, no binge eating.
Training MMA, Cardio, Body Weight.
Daily meditation, breath work, cold water.
Practice gratitude & self-love.

My focus wasn’t to lose weight.
My focus is to turn up everyday & do the work as best I can.
Trusting that in turn the results will follow.

I still have work to do, but I am so grateful & thankful for how far I come.

The 120 Days is just a warm up!

Next year I’ll be in the best shape of my life!!
