These past 6 months I’ve been really focused and putting so much effort into practicing gratitude.
In the past it was always easy to feel grateful when something good happened in my life, but practicing gratitude everyday has been life changing.
I am grateful for the good, the bad, challenges & difficulties as they can all offer gifts & opportunities.
Practicing gratitude allows you to be so present in the moment.
Yesterday at the park with my two little ones my heart was full of love and gratitude to be able to run around with my kids.
When I train with Kieran my heart is full of love & gratitude that I am able to spend time & be part of his life (even when his face is tripping him training with his auld Da 😂)
I am grateful for family, friends, the people I work with & help.
When I open my first thing in the morning I am grateful for life & breathe, then through the day I try my best to be grateful for everything.
Practicing gratitude daily wasn’t easy, comfortable or familiar at first and I really had to focus and work at it.
Yeah, I still have loads to work on and improve. I still get annoyed, down days, low moments etc. and life isn’t perfect or always easy, but I am so grateful for the gratitude I have in my life just now and looking forward to being grateful for what’s coming❤️
