It's been a fun few weeks in classes leading up to Christmas! We've done the 12 moves of Christmas, the 24 moves of Advent, Christmas Choreography and Christmas Crackers classes! 🌲☃️🎉🥳Thank you to all my lovely members. It's been another great year of Pilates together. Have a fabulous Christmas & look forward to seeing you all in the New Year. 🕯🙏❤️

Another brilliant JPilates Convention with the fabulous yesterday 😁
So many great sessions full of new ideas, inspiration & motivation. I can't wait to put them all into practice with my classes. It was also lovely to see & catch up with lots of the JPilates family & friends. My body is definitely feeling it today! Missed seeing some of you who have gone today. I run various workshops throughout the year and really enjoy collaborating with other Pilates and Yoga Instructor colleagues. These usually run at weekends and focus on different themes or topics. My style of teaching is very much influenced by my dance background.

Having a wonderful time here in Tarifa with the fabulous and an amazing group of ladies. Just the best way to learn, improve & be inspired. We're also loving having time to relax, swim, chill, walk, chat & enjoy great food & drink together in between the brilliant Pilates sessions with the always inspiring . ❤️🌞😎⛱️
