We offer classes, open practise sessions, socials and more!

Join us on the 15th September at ARU Cambridge where we will have a stall, pole for you to try and we will be performing on the main stage.

If your interested we will be at the ARU Cambridge freshers fair on the 15th September where we will have a stall, pole for you to have a go and we will be performing on the main stage.

Monday 2nd for Pole dance from 9-9:45 pm

Wednesday 3rd for Hoops & Silks from 8:30-9:30 pm

If you’ve ever wanted to create your own pole or aerial choreography but didn’t know where to start — or you’re looking for fresh inspiration — this workshop is for you!

Together, we’ll explore how to turn ideas and movements into beautiful, flowing routines. The first part of the workshop focuses on creative theory, where you’ll use printable worksheets filled with tips, examples, and guidance to help you plan your choreography step by step. The best part? You’ll get to keep these worksheets forever and use them anytime you want to create something new.

The second half is all about movement and practice — we’ll warm up, play with entries, exits, transitions, and direction changes, and finish with a cool-down and relaxed Q&A.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers.

‼️Please bring pole wear (comfortable shorts and a t-shirt, tank top, or sports bra), as well as one pen and one highlighter for the worksheet activities.

‼️The workshop will take place on November 20th from 8:20 to 9:30 PM at ARU Coslett Dance Studio. 5£ ticket

Please book your space in advance and bring cash on the day. We’d really appreciate it if you could bring the correct amount and have it ready in advance.
