Positive Mental Attitude... Do you have one?
Our abilities to be positive or negative, depend simply on what type of thoughts you allow yourself to have.
Becoming a watcher of your thoughts allows you to stand back and notice what is light, what is dark, what is useful, what is harmful.
Once you become aware, you can challenge those thoughts by simply deciding if you want them to continue to appear. Unfortunately, it's not one simply swipe left or right and it's gone forever, it will take time to train your mind.... But... you CAN do it!
Begin to consciously notice the good around you, some things that are perhaps keeping you safe, or things that make you smile.
Allow yourself time to grow, mindset doesn't change overnight, and it's not one steady increase. Avoid becoming frustrated when you can't see the good, instead try to see each moment of negativity simply as a challenge that you need to continue to grow.
