The time has come for Varsity team selection. Please fill out the form below if you would like to be considered for selection this year; all lifters are strongly encouraged to apply even if you have not competed before! In either case, Jenny or Isaac will need to see recent training videos to support the selection process, so please submit these in the form before the deadine (Saturday midnight) or send them to us on Whatsapp.
We will be selecting 12 men and 12 women this year, with no reserves, and aim to get back to you in a week with the finalised teams. This gives 8 weeks before competition day, so plenty of time for preparation.
