Here’s what the early phase of training with me feels like (that lasts).
Working with me doesn’t just feel like following a program.
It feels like being listened to and truly seen in your training.
Like your feedback and experience matters.
How that set felt.
How the session landed.
How your mind and body are responding.
It’s feeling supported and encouraged to try things you once talked yourself out of.
It’s having someone help you back yourself when it counts.
And most of all,
It feels like winning.
Sometimes big. Sometimes quiet.
In the gym and outside of it too.
That’s the goal. Always.
