🌸💫 Sometimes, it’s not during the storm that you realise your strength—it’s after the clouds clear, the chaos settles, and you’re left standing.

It’s in that quiet moment when you look back at everything you faced and wonder, how did I get through that? That’s when you truly see it: your resilience, your grit, your ability to keep going even when it felt impossible.

The beauty of these moments is that they show us a side of ourselves we may have doubted or didn’t know existed. The version of you who kept fighting, even when fear and uncertainty loomed. The version of you who didn’t just survive but grew.

If you’re in the middle of your storm right now, hold on. You’re stronger than you think. And when the storm passes—and it will—you’ll look back with pride and realise just how unstoppable you are.

Strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it whispers, keep going. And that’s enough.

💪🏽💪🏽Sometimes being still in the midst of chaos is the greatest show of strength and resilience.

This past week has been a reminder that strength doesn’t always look like moving mountains or checking off endless to-do lists. Sometimes, it’s about pausing, breathing, and holding space for yourself in the storm.

Stillness isn’t weakness—it’s power. It’s the quiet confidence that this too shall pass, the wisdom to wait for clarity, and the courage to prioritise inner peace over external pressure. For me, this manifested itself as my extraordinary ability to hold space and resist the edge to respond to a communication which was designed to be intimidating! By confidently holding space the other party was forced to send a follow communication addressing the matter in a much calmer tone.

Don’t get me wrong, I was going to respond to the first note however I needed to think about my response as opposed to being reactive which at times pours fuel to an already wild fire!

To every woman juggling chaos: trust that even in stillness, you’re moving forward. 💪

Now, let me be clear: if you’re in an unsafe or harmful environment, moving on might be the best choice. But when it’s simply about finding that deeper purpose or satisfaction, sometimes staying put and creating a clear path forward can lead you to places you never imagined.

💫Over the weekend I attended the conference in London, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer!

Being surrounded by so many phenomenal female entrepreneurs like filled me with joy and inspiration. There’s something truly powerful about connecting with women who are on similar journeys, sharing our stories, and uplifting one another.
