Good evening Clubbers! It’s too cold and dark now to exercise outdoors so guess what? Clubbercise is returning to indoor classes!

No need to feel self conscious as class is held in a darkened room with flashing disco lights. Simple, easy to follow aerobic dance routines set to 90’s classics.

Great for both physical and mental health.

Please note clubbers that due to field being too busy now to accommodate us on a Monday evening classes will now be held at The Rowley Mile Racecourse, Newmarket at 7pm. Please spread the word! 💃

Good evening ladies! Due to a few people still not feeling comfortable exercising indoors and with COVID cases rising again I’ve decided to run the class outside until September. It will be 27 degrees on Monday and with no air conditioning in studio we will be so much better outside anyway! Please can you message me so I know numbers and to check that you have all seen this message about change of location. It will be cheaper for you too at just £4 per class!!

If any clubbers would like to try fitness Pilates too then please let me know. I will be offering one to one and small group sessions from my garden summer house. What is Pilates I hear you ask and what does it actually do?? Fitness Pilates concentrates on building strength with great emphasis on the back and core muscles. It will help improve posture, mobility and joint problems. The principles of Pilates are concentration, breathing, relaxation, body alignment and body awareness. Message me for more details 💪

£6 per class
Spaces are limited due to COVID restrictions so please let me know if you’re coming in advance.

Simple, fun aerobic dance routines set to classic 90’s hits in a darkened room with disco lights and glow sticks. Fab for both physical and mental health.

Happy new year clubbers! Well, it’s not the start to 2021 that we all wanted so that’s where I can help lift your mood and hopefully give you something to look forward to each week. I can guarantee after dancing to 90’s classics you will feel so much better both mentally and physically and you don’t even have to leave your own home on these cold, winter evenings! I must stress that on line classes are not as good as face to face classes as very hard to create the clubbing atmosphere but you can still whoop along at home! Connect your device to a speaker or smart TV to make the music louder and create a club atmosphere to motivate you even more.

Good evening clubbers, hope you are all having a lovely weekend? Outside classes will start on Monday 6th July.. I’m so looking forward to teaching to real people! As before, it won’t be as good as an indoor class as hard to create the club atmosphere but we can still have the music pumping and burn lots of calories!
