If you want to understand why certain parts of you have never fitted neatly into the life you thought you should want, study your chart.

If you want to recognise the gifts you’ve been overlooking because they came too naturally to you, study your chart.

If you want to understand why some careers, environments or ways of working drain you more than others, study your chart.

If you want to stop making yourself wrong for being wired differently, study your chart.

If you want to make sense of the patterns that keep repeating in your life, study your chart.

If you want to create work that feels more like an expression of who you are than another role to perform, study your chart.

If you want to understand yourself beyond personality tests, job titles and other people’s expectations, study your chart.

If you want to recognise yourself more clearly, study your chart.

Astrology didn’t tell me who to become. It helped me recognise who had been there all along.

I don’t think it’s about simply pressing a visibility button by posting more…

I think we’ve become very good at performing visibility.
Looking successful.
Looking confident.
Looking like we’ve got it all figured out.

But true RECOGNITION is different.

Recognition happens when people begin to recognise your thinking.
Your perspective.
Your way of seeing the world.

And that only happens when you’ve stopped editing yourself long enough to understand who you really are.

That’s why I don’t start with branding.
I start with self-recognition.

Because you can’t be fully seen until you’ve fully seen yourself at a soul level.

Not everyone is brave enough to hold up a mirror that shows you who you really are 🪞 Are you?

I used to believe that being an empowered woman meant being completely financially independent. I certainly didn’t believe in rigid gender rules.

When I became a mum, I still expected myself to earn, parent, build a career and somehow do all of it well.

So when I wasn’t contributing 50% financially, it wasn’t just about money. It started messing with my sense of worth.

Would my family value me as much if I wasn’t contributing equally?

However I came to realise that I didn’t want to live that version of ”success” if that’s how it felt.

I started questioning whether expecting myself to do ALL of that while also insisting I contribute exactly 50% financially was actually empowerment at all.

Going through cancer in 2022 crystallised this and reset where my sense of worth was rooted.

Maybe equality doesn’t always mean 50/50 in all areas-
How you contribute changes according to the season you’re in.

I stopped making myself wrong for the season I’m in right now.

Earning power isn’t a measurement of my worth.
I don’t have to earn a place in my family.

I wonder how many of us (esp millennials) absorbed the idea that female empowerment meant doing everything men traditionally did - while continuing to do everything women traditionally do?

…I help women recognise and celebrate what makes them different. And part of me still sometimes wishes I could just fit in.

▶️ I still sometimes wish I was more normal. That I had a job title everyone immediately understood and didn’t have to explain what on earth I actually do.

▶️ I’ve spent years learning about what makes me different through astrology, Human Design, a degree in psychology and everything else I’ve studied - and sometimes I wonder whether all that searching was partly because I desperately wanted someone to explain me to me.

▶️ I talk about self-recognition, but I still catch myself looking for other people to confirm that my ideas are good before I fully trust them myself.

▶️ I’ve spent more than 20 years working in marketing, but promoting my own work can make me want to disappear.

▶️ I can see exactly what makes someone else’s work brilliant and distinctive, then look at my own and wonder whether any of it makes sense.

▶️ I tell women they don’t need to fit into somebody else’s blueprint, while regularly wondering whether life would be easier if I could just follow one myself.

▶️ I’ve built an unconventional career deliberately - and then sometimes feel embarrassed that I can’t give someone a neat answer when they ask what I do.

▶️ I can genuinely believe that being different is one of our greatest strengths and still feel the sting of being the person who doesn’t quite belong.

▶️ Sometimes I make something I’m ridiculously excited about, share it, get very little response and immediately wonder whether I should have kept it to myself.

▶️ I still compare myself to women who seem to have picked one thing, stuck with it and become known for it - while I’ve followed about 187 different ideas. 💡

▶️ Sometimes I can’t tell whether I’m evolving my work because I’ve genuinely changed or because I’m scared to commit to being known for something. 🤔

If you don’t fit into a neat box either, you’re not alone. Let’s do it together .space ✨

A world that seems to have been designed to provoke you
Tiny screens show you everyone else’s success, meanwhile you sit alone wondering.

What if we step back from the constant movement
What if we pause to remember
What if success isn’t about movement but about connection
Starting with yourself. Connecting within.
Who truly are you?
Why are you here, on earth now?

If you can’t answer that, what is the point of everything else? Just to play the game and look like you know what you’re doing?
Paying your bills, following the rules, always assuming there’ll be spare time later.

Then you wake up and you realise you’re probably more than half way through your life.

You could die tomorrow and never know truly what it was all about.

Like a child playing make-believe. It was fun, but was that really all you wanted?

What if you remembered who you really are underneath all the labels, masks, roles and experiences?

What if what you saw was like coming home to yourself after years out in a storm?

After weathering the weather, you realise you never really needed all those layers because it’s so warm inside.
The true you left you breadcrumbs but it’s up to you to follow them, to journey inwards

This journey often requires more courage than any expedition you can take on earth.

But the rewards are a life with no stone unturned - of knowing who you truly are and living from that, instead of getting to your last days and realising you were never truly who you could have been.

For years I believed one of my biggest flaws was inconsistency.

I’d see other people showing up every day, creating endlessly, staying visible, and I’d assume I just needed more discipline.

So I kept trying to become someone I wasn’t.

The more I’ve studied psychology, physiology and our birth charts, the more I’ve realised something interesting.

Many of the things we spend years trying to “fix” aren’t always mistakes.

Sometimes they’re patterns.

Sometimes they’re protection.

Sometimes they’re simply the way our energy naturally moves.

That doesn’t mean we stop taking responsibility for ourselves.

It means we stop measuring ourselves against someone else’s blueprint.

When I looked at my own chart, I could finally see why my creativity has always come in waves.

There are seasons where ideas flow effortlessly.

There are seasons where I need to step back, absorb, reflect and allow something new to emerge.

Neither season is wrong.

Both are necessary.

These days, instead of asking, “How do I become more consistent?”

I’m asking,

“What structures help me work with my natural rhythm instead of against it?”

That question has changed far more than any productivity system ever did.

I’d love to know…

What’s something you’ve spent years trying to fix about yourself that you’re starting to see differently?
