Now reached the end of a couple of long, tiring days at the World Transplant Games 2017 in Malaga. Very pleased to report I've won 6 gold medals and 1 silver medal, including an improvement to my javelin world record 😃💪

So proud to be part of an amazing GB team at these games (as they are at every event!).

Also immensely proud to be able to celebrate the gift of life that I and so many others here have received thanks to the generosity of countless donors and their families, often unknown and anonymous to us but never out of our thoughts - it's impossible to properly articulate how grateful we and our families are for this gift.

Great work and a massive well done to Calne Walking Football Squad!

Well done and thank you to everyone concerned on the recent film and quiz night. The profits from the proceeds were donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Charity. Below, Alan Jones is seen presenting Kevin Whitehorn with a cheque for the Charity. Kevin's daughter Florrie (in picture) is a C.F. sufferer and monies on the night will go to hopefully find a cure for this condition.
