Zero degrees outside but on fire at the gym today, me and Paul smashing out a practice session for our up and coming Adrenaline comp hosted by L&A thefitnesspeople Caernarfon.Paul has come such a long way in such a short time and looking forward to even more competitions. There’s no stopping the man.Legend……….and all on his days off and before/after work too. 💪❤️💪 dedication.

Just a few from the weekend Deka comp, did I say that we were first in our age group?…..oh and 63rd in the world….just saying, not bad for two old timer’s. Get in touch, you too can start your journey just like Paul did, it’s never too late to be great.

So this happened…….Client Paul and I competed in and came first in our age group in the Deka mile at Llangefni on Saturday, Paul has absolutely smashed all of his training sessions with me and dedicated his time on rest days and even before work to put in the hours training too, what can I say, we even got a personal best compared with our training times. Deka is a world registered event and Paul is a world class legend in my opinion………..watch this space for more pics and videos, and if you want to get on board and become a world class version of you then get in touch, I’m offering home workouts, food education and even workouts that you can take to a gym of your choice. You owe it to yourself 💪

This was my gym today, it’s not all about smashing the weights, get out, soak up your surrounding and just recharge those battery’s. Rest and repair is just as important as working out but…….the calories are still being burnt off and muscles are still being used. 💪❤️💪

Wow wow double wow, Paul has only been on his journey with me for a number of weeks and not only has the fat melted away but he is now training for his first ever Deka mile!!!!! GO PAUL!!!!! 💪❤️💪
