Seki Ryu Zan Bangor- nos lun a nos iau
Amlwch Karate nos lun a nos iau
Bushido Nefyn Nos fercher a nos Wener
Try and train at least twice a week until the grading to be as prepared as possible. If you cant make the second night at Sakura on a friday you can train at other wtkfclubs too
Seki (bangor) monday and thursday
Amlwch monday and thursday
Nefyn wednesday and friday
