To all, it’s got a bit messed up on the booking and tried to double book. I have messaged all the captains to let everyone know.

we are moving the finals night, trophy awards and singles knockout to the 9th October to Bardwell Tithe Barn. (Next to the Dun Cow)

Doors open and Registration from 7pm, trophies awarded at 8:15pm while the draw for singles knockout will be done.

Evolution darts shop will be in attendance.

And r’s grille will be cooking on their burger van.

The captains league meeting will now be moved to the 16th October at the Dun Cow at 8pm.

It’s league week 12 and a half! No mention of the unlucky number here. Our last league week, next week is the free week and some games to be played by teams. Go well all, I’ll message captains in the week to let you all know the venue of the darts knockout and trophy presentations.

with one game left I hope you have all enjoyed the summer league. The table for second place is looking very very close! So that will go down to the last week!

Winter league. We aim to kick off the league the second week of November, avoiding bonfire weekend and Halloween the weekend before.

I’ve had three teams ask about splitting the league with an A and B league. So I’m putting this forward to all captains, to go to their teams and see what they say. If all teams stay for the winter league, and with Tostock gardeners arms coming back in. The league will be split in half and 8 teams in the A league and 7 in the B league.

If we have 15 teams in one league playing each other home and away the league will be 31 weeks long plus knockouts etc. so probably best to have an A and B league.

The leagues will be fun leagues again but It also gives teams a chance to look at winning something etc. please have a chat with your team and then get back to me, and we’ll decide with a captains vote at the league meeting on Friday the 9th October at the Dun Cow 8pm. The meeting is captains only or a representative of the team if captains can’t make it

We would still run pairs/threes/fours knockouts in each venue with both leagues together. And a both league cup with a plate one running alongside that. So it would still take us to around mid May/June.

The rule of five players. This has been a help to nearly every team in the league and the rule will stay and not be changed. We have 16 players in our dun cow a group chat and have had to use five the last two weeks!

Finals night will be Friday 2nd October. (Venue to be confirmed). 7pm opening, there will be one big singles knockout for everyone, and a ladies knockout will run as well. Ladies are most welcome to play in the league knockout and ladies one.

register from 7:30pm, draw will be done at 8:15pm while trophies will be awarded.

Trophies for league winners/league runners up, mixed pair winner and runners up, most 180’s,most wins,

That evenings singles league knockout and runner up, ladies knockout winner and runner up.

Evolution darts will be in attendance with their shop. We will have a burger van again. It was popular at our last awards evening
