A friendly reminder! Life gets tough for everyone. Situations, circumstances and experiences are mentally challenging.

It’s easy to just REACT in life. For example, jumping to conclusions. Especially when it relates with people as clarity may be difficult to reach. Rather than reacting to these, use the logical and critical thinking part of the brain.

Provide a RESPONSE not a REACTION. Albert Einstein suggests that the ability to change is the measure of intelligence. Therefore, you must repeatedly keep changing. If you keep changing mentally, you will eventually reach the result desired.

To take it further, you may think about what would influence that outcome and adjust accordingly. As a result, taking some of the ease away as well since life obstacles are tackled by intelligent responses.

It’s about how do I fix this problem is the most efficient way without creating another problem. Even if it means taking a step back from the situation to go a few more toward is worth the time and effort.

This can be relatable in many different ways; whether this is a falling out with another person, lost a job, a lot of work to do, people giving people hard times etc.

What is decided to do next determines that outcome. You may write the story!

Self-reflection. In around 200BC sort of times an incredibly powerful individual named Marcus Aurelius ruled as an emperor for the ROMANS. The man was so powerful he got anything he wanted. He took on a stoic lifestyle that fundamentally was established through the nature of self-reflection. Bringing him self awareness into the faults and accomplishments created each day. Giving him the opportunity for monitoring his own accomplishments and faults. Therefore allowed him to create conventions for the faults created so he could next attack this fault with greater mindfulness and preparation. Also more importantly it also allows him to review the accomplishments he was doing each day and being able to judge whether these accomplishments are aligned for achieving his specific goal or are these a waste of time. Then again allows him to make changes to these to ensure successes are aligned for his goal. It’s a brilliant discipline and each incorporated discipline either requires self-control and resistance of urges. A fantastic practical tool for solving HARD events that occur in life. If you practise discipline you improve self-control and resisting urges therefore enhancing the ability to control the behaviour to suit the correct decision for the event. As a result brings self-power. Not only just that but it’s really does ensure excellence or the competence in masteries of ambitions thus higher self. Self improvement can only take place if self awareness is present. Otherwise your more than likely to waste time improving and see very little results. HIGHER SELF better life. Always strive for excellence! Master your mind and emotions to master you lifestyle required for your ambition. It’s incredibly wise to take a beginners mindset in every circumstance since you learn more and think about stuff in a complete different perspective that reveals more about it than you even thought. You can never know everything about everything so personally for me I believe it’s quite important I do not behave in this way. Self-reflection. I declare this attribute as the fundamental property for improvement. The only way to improve at absolutely anything is to comprehend exactly how something specifically must be performed and digging out as much detail or information possible. Then using the information you’ve dug out and comparing to exactly how you’ve performed it. You’ve discovered, what is good and what is bad; exposing yourself to the vulnerabilities of your performance. Now if you do not take charge and exploit your vulnerabilities exposed via self-reflection… take a wild guess at who might exploit that instead. A fantastic example; in karate your vulnerability might be you do not have good posture and control during the movement of a punch. You could either take charge and practise fixing that, or you’ll expose that to your opponent enabling them to exploit that as advantageous position to attack you and increasing their probability of winning the match. It does not mean you will loose but it increases the chances of loosing since they can continuously sweep your leg and cause you to damage vital muscle groups like the deltoids biceps, hips and quads making it a lot more difficult to move way faster and block at an adequate speed to effectively block or even move away. This opens a fantastic opportunity for the opponent to kick you into the head multiple times and really starting to increase their chances of winning. Different sports has different circumstances and different requirements but they all have one similarity and this called “IMPORTANCE” and it’s even applied is absolutely anything. Even in ridiculous things you would like to improve on, the same methodology can be applied “self-reflection” and an improved outcome. It can never fail providing you take this approach correctly, therefore strengthening my point from the very beginning. This is exactly why I declared it as a fundamental property because without it, in my book it is virtually impossible to improve. Gratitude. A fantastic gift to incorporate into your life. People really do undervalue gratitude and it’s generally shocking.

Gratitude enables you to feel a strong connection between yourself and the things going on in your life. The aim is establish a broad network of gratitude in your life so you can feel strongly connected to everything in life.

When this occurs you’ll maximise the most you could possibly make out of it. You’ll begin doing that with one thing, then another thing until you get to hundreds or even thousands. The possibility is endless. You will now make the most of thousands of things in your life. If you are making the most 100 things everyday, there’s 364 days in a year. You’ve now made the most of 36400 things. You live roughly 70 years of your life. Times 36400 x 70years. That’s an incredibly large number. That incredibly large number is exactly why people are who are very successful are successful. In that very large number, each individual thing is maximised for the impact that they make and contributing to mould their life exactly the way they want it too forming an unstoppable force that guarantees success. Like everything results don’t have over night they happen over a long period of time and a lot of consistency. Instead of hating the process learn to love it. Affirmations. For every successful person in life the exact thing that brought them to their prosperity is their MINDSET. It’s got nothing to do with if they were their lucky. It’s purely based on their MINDSET. A rich person will subconsciously without thinking about it, without a doubt make decisions and have motivations for the actions and behaviours that actually impact their life in a way that makes them richer. Their subconscious mind is programmed to do that. How do you programme your mind to that?! You are for sure asking… Listening to affirmations while you sleep. Hop on to YouTube a listen to affirmations for success, to become a millionaire, for happiness or for whatever you want to be better in. There’s even on for becoming a genius. What it will do is program your mind for becoming exactly that, so you will start implementing actions and behaviours subconsciously for becoming that. Of course it doesn’t not happen over night, like anything. You must spend every night doing this. Give a couple of weeks and you’ll review you week. You will be like “wow I never thought I would actually achieve this, and I never felt more motivated to do so”. At that very moment you say that it’s a pivotal moment. It means your hooked. Your now a hundred steps closer to becoming that person, all you gotta do is just maintain it for LIFE. Not just maintain it for a month. A millionaire wouldn’t spend a month with his mindset he will spend his life with that mindset. I spend every night do this. I wish to become someone who is successful, someone who wants to inspire others, someone who wants to bring a powerful impact into peoples life’s to become their best version of themselves. But the only way to accomplish this is learn the art of becoming my ultimate best version so I can maximise the probability of that occurring and take them closer to it. You can never reach your very best because there’s always something to improve. There’s never nothing to improve. It’s all about doing the right things with the right attitude around the right people. The right people are the ones who bring you useful information and feedback, the ones that encourage you to do things you hate.

Balance - the ability to use proprioception to maintain a counteraction of the delivered equilibrium when above a based of support and maintain without loss of posture. Balance is vital! This is because without this ability a human being wouldn’t be able to walk or stand, but for sporting environmental purposes it’s ability can be increasingly demanded depending upon the circumstances and conditions of a sport. Some sports demand it more than others whereas some sports do not really need it at all. They just need it like for general reasons, to stand and walk. A bit more too it than that, but that’s the general conception. For sports that require it, a great suggestion is to use a wobble board on a regular basis. Strengthen and stretch the muscles at the ankle joints to enable an enhanced ability to the art of practicing it. It doesn’t make your balance better but it makes it easier to practise and learn. Aim to have balance like the guy in photo and set milestones for yourself so your consistency achieving something which keeps you motivated. Doing this is not a fun task to be honest but personally from my experience doing what I really do not want to do is what I need to do, and what I need to do is what’s going to get me to where I need to go. Therefore doing what I don’t want to do is going to get me there. There’s a very good chance that’s the same case for you. Take charge in life! Make your life predictable by taking charge. Don’t wait for the opportunities, create them. Don’t react off of impulses in life, become the impulse in your life. What stuff work the way you want it to work by doing what you don’t want to do!

Technique. In any pre-programmed sporting environmental contexts techniques are established for serving key movements in the deliveries to specific performance purposes. At elite level sporting performances techniques are developed for effectiveness ensuring that they deliver their intended impact. It’s key to ensure it’s intended impact occurs because if a strategic approach is taken and that impact does not occur, that tactic will go out of the window and now have to rely on the individuals or teams ability to adapt accordingly. More importantly, the desired outcome is to avoid adapting but sometimes it is an inevitable requirement. Developing the techniques used within the ex*****on of the strategy requires coordination. Self-development - arguably one of the most challenging aspects of life especially for a beginner.
