A friendly reminder! Life gets tough for everyone. Situations, circumstances and experiences are mentally challenging.
It’s easy to just REACT in life. For example, jumping to conclusions. Especially when it relates with people as clarity may be difficult to reach. Rather than reacting to these, use the logical and critical thinking part of the brain.
Provide a RESPONSE not a REACTION. Albert Einstein suggests that the ability to change is the measure of intelligence. Therefore, you must repeatedly keep changing. If you keep changing mentally, you will eventually reach the result desired.
To take it further, you may think about what would influence that outcome and adjust accordingly. As a result, taking some of the ease away as well since life obstacles are tackled by intelligent responses.
It’s about how do I fix this problem is the most efficient way without creating another problem. Even if it means taking a step back from the situation to go a few more toward is worth the time and effort.
This can be relatable in many different ways; whether this is a falling out with another person, lost a job, a lot of work to do, people giving people hard times etc.
What is decided to do next determines that outcome. You may write the story!
