On Saturday I took on the Summer Wolf Run with my husband and one of my clients, and we enjoyed every muddy, sunny, laughter‑filled moment. Our legs definitely knew they’d worked by the end… but that’s the feeling we train for.

I train during the week so I can say yes to days like this, the fun ones, the challenging ones, the ones that remind you you’re alive.

And I want to keep saying yes to them well into my more mature years.

Movement isn’t just about fitness.

It’s about mental clarity, confidence, and making everyday life feel easier.

It’s about doing things that make you proud of yourself.

🌿 Can I train if I’m a busy parent?
Absolutely. Sessions are efficient, flexible and supportive of real life. Most of my groups sessions welcome children to attend and 1 on 1 sessions at home allow you to workout when it suits you.

🌿 What if I need to cancel?
Life happens. Just let me know as soon as you can. I have a full cancellation policy that is sent to you when you sign up to a session or programme.
