This weekend is our first weekend at the Staffordshire County Championships!

Good luck to all swimmers taking part, we have 29 swimmers and 65 swims this weekend 🏊🏼‍♀️

Well done to everyone who has taken part over the three nights of racing at the 2025 Club Champs, some brilliant racing and lots of cheering!

A huge shout out to Jenny for organising and making sure it ran smoothly.

Thank you to all the officials and time keepers who helped out and to the team managers for organising the swimmers, we cannot run events like this without your help.

Following the three nights of racing we have had

Lots of personal best swims
8 new swimmers gain a county time for the first time
41 new county times recorded

For counties 2026 we currently have 37 swimmers qualified swimming over 164 races!

Well done to everyone who took part on Wednesday night! 👏🏻

Tonight sees our second evening of our club championships with the 200m I.M, the 11/12 year olds 50m fly and 50m FC and the 13+ doing the 100m Fly and 100m FC! Good luck to everyone 🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♀️

A big well done to the 31 swimmers who took part in the second round of the Arena League last Saturday at Stafford 🏊🏻‍♂️
We came 4th on the night, against some big clubs, and saw us achieve 5 1st places, 9 2nd places and 9 3rd places 🥇🥈🥉 and over both rounds of the Arena league, we have seen lots of new PBs set!

Head Coach Chris, who swam in the open male relay teams said 'The level of support, camaraderie and team ethic was a joy to be part of. This meant our swimmers performed to the very highest standards and behaved in an exemplary manner. I was incredibly proud to be poolside and part of the team'.

Good luck in the final round on Saturday 6th December!

This weekend saw eight of our swimmers take part in the Swim England West Midlands Winter Championships at Sandwell Aquatic Centre 🏊🏻‍♂️

We had lots of personal best times and fast swims, well done to Brody, Izzy, Bella and Olha on qualifying for finals 👏🏻🎉

Thank you to Kathryn and Chris on Saturday and Paige and Jason on Sunday for supporting the swimmers!

The coffee cup for the coaches and team managers also went down well from the West Midlands Committee! Thank you ☕
