Today was the final Tournament of the season for the Under 7s at Weekley Rovers and what a way to finish the season.

It was a beautiful hot sunny day which didn't disappoint with the Under 7's winning 1-0 in the final. A fantastic 20 goals scored and 0 conceded across 7 games was a fantastic achievement from them all.

Good luck to the Under 8s tomorrow in the Tournament.

A busy weekend just gone for both the Under 7s and Under 8s in the Rugby Borough Tournament. It was a really good event with both teams unfortunately getting eliminated in the first round of the knockout format.

The quality of the opposition was high and all the kids worked hard and did a fantastic job.

It is now on to this weekend where we visit the Stanwick Tournament with both teams being on the same day.

Another weekend of Tournaments for the U7s and U8s with both teams taking part in the Rugby Borough Junior FC - June 6-a-side Festival 2025.

Wow.....what a fantastic weekend at the Earls Barton Tournament for both Burton Park Wanderers sides. Saturday began with the Under 7s winning all 6 games of the day in a non-competive format.

On Sunday the Under 8s progressed through the group stages of the tournament to compete in the Plate where they managed to progress to the final and narrowly lost on penalties 2-1.

It is a great achievement for both teams and shows the progress that has been made over the last 12 months. Both teams played some fantastic football and got some really good results against good opposition.

Tournament season has really begun and what a way to enter it.
