The Kelly Shirley School of Dance is dedicated to providing high quality dance,drama, vocal and acrobatic tuition to young people aged 2-18 in a nurturing and caring environment. Classes are offered in a range of disciplines, giving children and young people a chance to express themselves, gain confidence - and have fun! All staff are fully insured and hold valid enhanced CRB certificates.

After a summer filled with new solos, competition routines, extra training and plenty of hard work, we’re SO excited to finally be back in the studio and back to our normal routine! 🩰✨

We’ve loved seeing so many of our dancers working hard over the summer, but there’s nothing quite like getting the whole KSSD family back together, returning to our busy timetable and getting stuck into another incredible year of dance. 🤍

New routines. New goals. New memories. And plenty of hard work ahead…

🚨 THE SECRET IS FINALLY OUT… 🚨

Introducing THE KELLY SHIRLEY SCHOOL OF DANCE SOUTHPORT ✨

For the past few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes on a very exciting undercover project… and we can FINALLY reveal what we’ve been up to 👀

We are SO excited to announce that KSSD is opening the doors to ANOTHER brand-new studio, launching at the beginning of October! 🤍

A new space. A new chapter. The same KSSD standard.

We’ve poured so much time, thought and excitement into bringing this project to life, and we genuinely cannot wait to show you what we’ve been working on ✨

And don’t worry… Burscough isn’t going anywhere! Our Burscough branch will continue exactly as normal, meaning KSSD will now be growing into TWO studio spaces 🖤

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! 🩰✨

What an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience for our dancers, stepping through the doors of not one, but TWO OF THE MOST ICONIC DANCE STUDIOS IN THE WORLD! 🌎✨

Steps on Broadway AND Broadway Dance Center… in ONE DAY! 🤯

These are the studios where Broadway performers, world-class dancers and some of the industry’s biggest names come to train… and to see OUR DANCERS walking through those same doors, right there in the heart of Manhattan, taking class, learning from phenomenal professionals and soaking up every single second was incredibly special.

To watch them walk into these legendary studios with such excitement, confidence and determination was another one of those “WOW… look where dance has taken us” moments. ❤️

They worked hard.
They pushed themselves.
They danced their hearts out.
And most importantly… they LOVED every second of it!

Experiences like this are about so much more than taking a dance class. They’re about inspiration, ambition, growth and showing young dancers just how BIG the world of dance can be. 🌎⭐️

🌟 A huge congratulations to our beautiful girls who have been selected to represent Scarisbrick Hall School as part of this year’s ISA Dance Team!

For some, this will be their very first time stepping onto the stage to represent their school, while others are lucky enough to be returning for another year. Whether it’s your first experience or you’re back making even more memories, every place has been earned through your dedication, commitment and love for dance.

We absolutely love seeing our dancers make the most of the fantastic opportunities that Scarisbrick Hall School offers, and we’re so proud to see them representing their school doing something they love.

With less than 2 weeks to go until we travel to New York, the excitement is definitely starting to kick in! 🗽✨

The hard work doesn’t stop though! We’re still pushing ourselves every session, perfecting our skills, cleaning our routines and making sure we’re as ready as we can be before we take on the Big Apple 🍎
