Join us this Thursday night at Burnley Ladies RUFC for a session focused on fitness, skills, and fun!

But the night doesn't end when the whistle blows! Once we’re finished on the field, we’re heading into the clubhouse for pizza and drinks to watch the massive Men’s Six Nations clash between France and Ireland 🇫🇷 vs 🇮🇪

• Social & Match Kick-off: Directly after training in the clubhouse! 📺

🏉 Training Under the Lights!

Check out some highlights from last night’s session with the Burnley RUFC Women!

The energy was high as we put in the work, focusing on:

• Precision Passing: Sharpening those skills to keep the ball moving.

• Tactical Awareness: Learning how to draw the defense and exploit the open spaces.

• The "Switch": Perfecting those deceptive lines to keep the opposition guessing.

It is incredible to watch this group's confidence grow week by week. Seeing everyone develop their skills, support their teammates, and—most importantly—have a blast while doing it is what rugby is all about! 💪✨

What a fantastic start to the season for Burnley Ladies RUFC! 🤩

We had an absolutely brilliant turnout at last night's first training session, with 19 mixed-ability girls all putting in 100% effort! It was amazing to see such energy and commitment. 👏

A special shout-out to those who had never touched a rugby ball before—you were incredible! And a huge welcome to the girls moving up from our junior section; you blended in with the women's team seamlessly. Future is looking bright! 🏉✨
