Had double the clients on stage this year than I did last.

More overalls. 1st places. Top 3s. More importantly. More memories for all my team who put themselves through a prep & made it to the stage.

In 2 MP lineups. Again, one of the toughest amateur classes I’ve seen. More tissue. More condition next time & he’ll be back.

In MP. Very proud of this lad & excited to see the improvements we make for next time. Long offseason incoming.

Jacks had a great & busy season competing this year. Unreal progress made from last year.

Sacking off mens physique with this season being wrapped up after todays show with NFMUK.

14 Weeks out Miami Pro .
I always hear young guys talk about how “crazy” there physique is going to be next time. I’m backing it up when I say it. That Pro Title is mine.

175lbs start of prep
December 1st

1625lbs today
January 7th

When I say I’m working to bring an insane teen physique. I mean it.

On a side note, I’m so excited to be launching myself as a Personal Trainer and a coach.
This industry has FAR too many misconceptions on training and DIET. My carbs are 250g a day right now and 300+ on refeed days. It’s a JOKE that its still over the globe,
People being told to lower carbs and NOT count calories. When my client base builds, watch the transformations of each and every single ONE. This is my passion and transforming others is too. Watch this space.

Exact same time last year this was 38kg for 4 sets of 8 reps whilst I prepped with coach Patrick Mac Fitness .

40kg for 15 (without the chalk and wraps this year, and being 190lbs) mid workout. I know the shows I’m going into have far more ‘developed’ athletes and I am doing everything I can to ensure I not only fit in, but stand out. +Can’t complain at shreds during my last few bulking days.

I still need more size, I know this. However I was far from the biggest when I placed 1st. I have gained a solid amount of muscle and I can not wait to have the huge buzz of competing again. This time I get to experience 3 amazing shows and 3 amazing venues. The best for this physique is still to come and come April 14th it will be shown. Coming for 🥇. @ Premier Fitness
