Tomorrow the mighty AFC Vets are hitting the road for a proper away day as we take on Prestley First FC in Eccles for our County Cup clash! 🏆⚽

📍 Location: Drinkwater Park, Prestwich, M25 9XW
⏰ Kick-off: 11:00am sharp – don’t be late or you’ll miss our first dodgy tackle of the day 😉

It’s a big one for the lads, and we need all the support we can get – bring your voices, your energy, and maybe even a flask (it is September in Manchester after all ☔).

💥 Huge shoutout to some of our players who are putting in the extra graft with private PT sessions – and an even bigger shoutout to josh for pushing them to the next level! ⚽🔥

Since working with Josh, the results have been unreal – not just for the lads’ fitness, but personally too. I’ve dropped a serious amount of weight thanks to his sessions, and the difference in energy, strength and confidence is massive. 💪

Josh’s sessions are tailored, challenging, and motivating – exactly what you need whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance, or just someone wanting to feel fitter, healthier and stronger. 🏋️‍♂️⚡
