Sessions at Ladybarn Park. Whatever the weather.

A snapshot of what it looks like in a session .

That's kind of the whole thing with LGPT.
It's not just the workouts or coaching. It's the fact that the group notices when you're missing.

I've been doing this for over 8years out here and honestly the women who keep showing up are the reason it works.

If you've been thinking about joining us, come and see what it actually looks like.

First session is free.drop me a message to book in👍
We start go again from this Thursday 10th

This is what it looks like most weeks. A bit chaotic. A lot of hard work. Everyone giving it a go whatever the weather.

I started LGPT because I kept meeting women who were showing up and trying hard but training on their own with no one to push them and nothing to measure progress against.

Group coaching changes that.

We're out here in Ladybarn Park every week. If you want to come and see what it's about, first session is on me.

Details to the group in my profile.

Full steam ahead 10th Sept ladies 🏋️‍♀️😉💪💪💪

What are you actually eating?

Because I see it all the time. Showing up every session, working hard, then surviving on not much and wondering why everything feels heavy.

Your body needs fuel, not a punishment plan.

Carol just hit 700 workouts. Krissi and Hayley Jane are on 400. They did not get there on willpower and a black coffee

One thing I see a lot with women who come to camp after training on their own for years.
They're fit
They work hard. But nobody's ever told them what they're actually capable of. That's the bit group coaching changes. Not just the programming, not just the accountability.
It's having someone watch you, know your history, and say 'you've got more than that, go again.'

You can't get that from a YouTube video

Right, last August sessions complete

Carol hasl hit 700 workouts🥵Seven hundred
That's not a number you stumble into, that's years of showing up in the rain, the cold, the 'I really don't feel like it' mornings.

Krissi and Hayley Jane both landed 400
Sanah, Vic and Irina hit 250
Layla and Ash are at 150
And Dani, Keenan and Fran are at 50 and already part of the furniture 💪

Some of you have been coming to camp for over 5 years now. That's mad, in the best way

Proud of everyone at camp for starting and continuing on 💪💪

Not going to give you a meal plan or tell you to cut carbs

But I will say ,the women I see making the most consistent progress are not eating perfectly
They are just eating consistently enough.

Mostly decent food, most of the time. Not stressing about the rest.

That is it
That is basically the whole thing

If you are training hard and eating nothing but stress and coffee, that is worth having a look at !

First session is free if you want to see what we are about

Jen joined us aged 68. She was pretty clear about why

She doesn't want to need a walking aid further down the line

She wants to keep her strength, her bone density, her independence. She wants to stay capable
That's not a small thing to train for, that's everything

Strength training isn't just for people trying to look a certain way.
It's for women who want to live well for a long time.
Jen gets that

We've got spots opening up w/c 7th September if you want to come and try a session for free?
No commitment, just come and see what it's about

Message me or clock the link in my bio for details 👍

Some of the evening lot decided to go to the pub
instead of training last week and gave me a night off.
Honestly, fair enough
It was sunny and warm out😆

We are outside all year whatever the weather, but apparently a cold drink in the sun beats camp sometimes. I get it.

However this week so far everyone's been showing up and getting after it 💪💪

Don't forget wanna come try a session with us simply drop me a message 👍

One thing I see every week with the women at LGPT.

They are the ones who turn up when they really do not feel like it.

Feeling motivated is great. Waiting for it is a trap.

You take action first.
The motivation tends to follow

Stop waiting for motivation and take a plan of action this week

Right Marie is 20kg down and hell of lot stronger 💪

Over a summer where she had basically every social event going, meals out, drinks, the lot
and she still showed up and did the work

That is not luck
That is just not making excuses when it would have been very easy to !

Proud of her , Massively 👏👏

If you have been putting off starting because life is busy, this is your sign that busy is not a reason, it is just the situation.
