9.15am - Yoga

5.30pm - Pilates

6.45pm - Yoga

👉 TUESDAYS :
(all held at LincsFit Studio, Burgh)

9.30am - Pilates

11am - Pilates

4pm - Yin Yoga

5.30pm - Yin Yoga

7pm - Release & Restore Pilates

👉 WEDNESDAYS :

1.30pm - Release & Restore Pilates

👉 THURSDAYS :

9.30am - Yoga - LincsFit Studio, Burgh

11am - Yin Yoga - LincsFit Studio, Burgh
